# Forever Companion

> Forever Companion (https://forevercompanion.io/) is a free, fan-made leveling companion for WoW Forever, the Classic-based World of Warcraft servers with new zones, quests and dungeons. It builds a personal step-by-step plan from level 1 to 60 for any class, race and faction: which zones to quest in, which dungeon quests to pick up and what XP they give, key quest chains, rares, profession training and reputations. Progress is tracked in the browser; no account is needed.

Game data is synced several times a day from ForeverChanges, Wowhead and Zockify and cross-checked between them (last sync 2026-10-19). Values marked "estimated" are estimated from Classic until they're seen in the Forever beta. Forever Companion is unofficial and not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

WoW Forever launches November 4, 2026.

## Key facts about leveling in WoW Forever

- **Level cap 60**: Same XP curve as Classic, plus ~1,000 new quests and four new regions: Zephras Isle, Riverglades, Shen'dralas and Mount Hyjal.
- **Dungeons: one clear each**: Mob XP inside dungeons is reduced, but first-clear quest XP is raised. Do every dungeon once with its quests rather than chain-running.
- **No realm picker**: Choose a ruleset — Normal, PvP or Roleplaying. Hardcore arrives after launch.
- **No shortcuts**: No WoW Token, no paid boost and no flying. A Looking for Group tool is available for finding dungeon groups.
- **Legacy system**: 65 account-wide challenges pay Legacy Points once per account; the window opens when your first character hits 25.
- **Camping**: Crafted camp objects give 1-hour buffs, and the Cozy Sleeping Bag stacks up to +3% XP.
- **New ship routes**: Stormwind ↔ Auberdine, Menethil ↔ Southshore/Auberdine, Steamwheedle Port (Tanaris) ↔ Powderfuse Port (Riverglades).
- **Raids**: Raids unlock December 9, 2026.
